EFFECTIVE CONTROL AND BUSINESS PROCESSES IN APARTMENT BLOCKS MANAGEMENT

The problems of effective apartment blocks management are considered in the article. Based on the results of the analysis the most preferred method of management on the territory of Stavropol Krai is the property management company. The author draws a conclusion of the need of creating the models of business processes of the property management companies and implementing the management accounting for effective control of financial asserts application of apartment blocks owners.
