The creativity of national artist, professor Salhab Isa Mamedov has a special place in modern Azerbai- jani painting. He is one of the artists who have a role in the development of national and monumental decorative art. Salhab Mammadov is also the co-author of monuments dedicated to historical and literary heroes decorating the parks and central squares of our country and abroad.
