ANALYSIS OF NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS ON QUESTION OF FORMING AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY

A problem of education of personality is one of most issues of the day in the modern system of educa- tion. Changes in society resulted in contradictions between a requirement to personality from one side, by a lev- el and character of her available knowledge, skills, qualities – on the other hand. It, in turn, resulted in the revi- sion of normative and programmatic documents, to strengthening of national aspect as a factor of the educator affecting personality of teenager with the purpose of his effective forming and development
