THE CURRENT STATE AND TRENDS OF SECTORS OF KNOWLEDGE GENERATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY IN TRANSITION TO THE FASTER GROWTH STRATEGY

The author made a shot at diagnostics of sectors of knowledge generation (science, education, business),in terms of transition to the faster growth strategy which showed their inability to ensure transition from “no change” scenario of development to innovative. The suggested way of development consists in blocking of non innovative sources of economic development and promoting the use of innovative sources, and first of all ? development of human potential.
