Abstract
The article discusses the mass Christianization of Japanese society in the XVI century. The author raises the question of the increment of Christian dogma in Shinto Japan. The article contains information about the European leaders of the Church and their Christian propaganda. It also contains excerpts from sources (letters) to missionaries of Europe.
