Reducing the loss of working time of staff of a tourist enterprise through the use of the program "My tourists"

Each tourist organization in a market economy tries to optimize its activities as much as possible, to make it more efficient and competitive, and given that in the field of tourism a large role is played by personnel, the issue of personnel management in tourism organizations is particularly acute.This article discusses the use of CRM-system from the point of view of reducing the loss of working time of staff of a tourist enterprise for better provision of services to tourists.
