Formation of trust in group and energy of unity in team

In article within studying of leadership and formation of team I considered such concepts as "trust in group" and "energy of unity". During the analysis of these concepts I could mark out the criteria and factors influencing formation of trust in team and also defined actions which can promote emergence of unity in team. In the modern theory of leadership the interrelation and proximity of trust and unity are already settled and a fact in evidence.
