Abstract
This article discusses the features of the emotional sphere of children of primary school age. Currently, the emotional sphere is an integral component in the development of younger schoolchildren, since any interaction and communication will not be effective if its participants are not able to “read” the emotional state of another, as well as manage their own emotions. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that the emotional development of the younger student is closely connected with personal development, namely the formation of the world of emotions and feelings and their introduction into the world of the culture of interpersonal relationships. That is why the problem of the development of the child’s personality is one of the central problems of psychological science. The purpose of the article includes a theoretical and practical study of the development of the emotional sphere in students at the primary education level.
