Abstract
The concept of "national quality infrastructure" is rather new term including the access to standards and technical egulations, to metrology, tests, quality assessment, certification and accreditation. The quality infrastructure should be considered, as a part of absolute necessary infrastructure in the country. It is important for foundation of the regional markets, allowing goods to become a subject of international trade, and be the instrument used for removing technical barriers in trade.
