THE CHALLENGES OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTOF UKRAINE AND INNOVATIVE STRATEGY

The economic events of 2008-2009 showed that the major role in solving the problem of getting over the crisis developments belongs to innovations. However, the data of national statistics and the international ratings show that the modern economy of Ukraine just yet does not answer these requirements. The article objective is the analysis of the major internal and external factors, which negatively influence the development of Ukraine, and the elaboration of proposals for decreasing in their influence. Resulting from the article it is carried that the innovative strategy accepted by the state, which is much, more effective means in competitive struggle, than all traditional approaches can become the answer to these challenges.
