Abstract
Aneurysmal bone cysts (ABC) are locally destructive ,blood filled reactive lesion of bone. Most occur in patients younger than 20 years old, with a slight female predominance. We have treated three cases of anerysmal bone cyst involving body of talus, Calcaneum and Proximal ulna .We confirmed the diagnosis by histopathological examination. ABC involving body of talus and proximal ulna was treated by extended curettage with autologous bone grafting and calcaneum was treated by extended curettage with autologous bone grafting and bone graft substitutes . All of our cases were followed up with serial x-rays .There was no evidence of recurrence or collapse and all patients regained full range of movements . Intralesional Curettage with adjuvants is a standard procedure in active stage of aneurysmal bone cyst .
