Efficacy and Resurgency Effect of Abamectin 50 G/L Against Brown Plant Hopper (Nilaparvata Lugens) in Laboratory of Plant Protection Faculty of Agriculture Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor

Efficacy and resurgency effect of Abamectin 50 g/l against brown plant hopper (Nilaparvata lugens) was evaluated in the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Agriculture Faculty, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor, Indonesia from August to October 2013. The treatments were arranged in randomized block design consisting of five treatments and five replications. The treatments were: (1) Abamectin 50 g/l with concentration 0,15 ml/l; (2) Abamectin 50 g/l with concentration 0,3 ml/l; (3) Abamectin 50 g/l with concentration 0,45 ml/l; (4) Abamectin 50 g/l with concentration 0,6 ml/l; and (5) control. The result showed that all concentrations of Abamectin 50 g/l had no resurgency effect against first, second and third generation of brown plant hopper.
