Epithelial ovarian cancer is the most common ovarian malignancy. More than 80 of epithelial ovarian cancer found in postmenopausal women. Peak incidence of invasive epithelial ovarian cancer is at 56 to 60 years of age. These cancers are relatively uncommon in women younger than age 45.
