Abstract
Malignancies of nasal septum are very rare. Fewer than 400 cases have been reported and of which the squamous cell carcinoma are the most common. Adenocarcinoma of sinonasal malignancies constitute 4-8 of which ethmoid sinus is the commonest site of origin. We are to discuss about a case of adenocarcinoma of septal origin which was a really challenging one to diagnose.
