Abstract
Crime of transferring banking customer data is a dangerous digital crime. Some time ago this crime was uncovered in Indonesia and the victims affected were quite numerous. Directly this has an impact on the credibility of the bank as a place to store money on the other side with the many cases that occur requiring bank vigilance in dealing with this digital theft problem. In this paper, we discuss issues related to the theft of bank customer data and how to resolve the issue.
