Abstract
The article analyzes the international experience of social management, with the establishment of an optimal understanding of social responsibility in the personal (for a particular person) and corporate (for the organization) sense, the problematic issues of corporate and personal social responsibility in the health care system are considered. There are examples of state regulation of certain types of social responsibility of health workers in the Republic of Belarus.
