FOREIGN INNOVATION CAPITAL AS A DRIVER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

The article reveals the research results of the motivation essence with the formation of an innovation-investment model of the country's development in terms of integration and globalization of economic relations. The positive impact of integration economic processes and the inflow of foreign investment into the innovation sector is reduced due to an incorrect strategy and no priorities ways for the development of the country. The purpose of this publication is to improve the mechanisms for attracting foreign capital to the innovative sphere - innovation capital. Results. The direct foreign investing is priority factor of development of separate industries of economy. Improvement of mechanisms of bringing in of foreign capital to the innovative sphere, the maximally effective use of innovative capital is important. To manage distribution of foreign innovative capital depending on the phase of his «cycle of life» . The suggestions and recommendations for increasing the attraction and maintenance of foreign innovative capital at different stages of its functioning are presented.
