Studying the life cycle of system

Abstract
The volume of civil construction in Ukraine is constantly increasing, however, the conditions of their erection are more complicated than other types of construction. There were found no studies of organizational and technological solutions for the civil construction in the coastal zone during the whole life cycle in the studied normative and reference literature. The high social, economic and technical effect of solving the problem of choosing rational organizational and technological solutions of civil construction in the coastal zone makes the research topic highly relevant. Purpose. To investigate a new subject of study – the organizational and technological system "civil construction in the coastal zone" and determine the preconditions for its numerical optimization. Main results. Analysis of information sources showed that housing conditions are extremely volatile, so it is important to investigate the impact of changes in organizational and technological decisions on the main indicators, especially on the budget and duration of construction. It was substantiated that a number of unique factors allow to distinguish a new subject of research characterizes civil construction in the coastal zone: the organizational and technological system "civil construction in the coastal zone". This subject was studied in dynamic and static states. For this purpose the following was developed: life cycle model of the system "civil construction in the coastal zone"; model of factors of the system "civil construction in the coastal zone". The subsystems of the system under consideration (technical, organizational, economic) and their development throughout the life cycle were considered. The phases of development of each of the subsystems were highlighted. The factors of the system "civil construction in the coastal zone" were identified and described: external technical and ecological, for the technical subsystem, for the economic subsystem, external socio-economic. Conclusion. Selection and research of the organizational and technological system "civil construction in the coastal zone" in dynamic and static states allowed to develop the scientific and methodological bases of its optimization.
