Development of an information system for managing a commercial bank

In this paper, we consider the process of implementing an information system that automates the workflow of an operating room economist at a Russian Standard bank branch. Automation of banking operations is not just a fad. This is simply a necessary factor to eliminate the likelihood of errors when processing information, reduce the time spent on information processing and customer service, increase the level of trust and loyalty to the bank than attract an additional flow of customers. This was the reason for the conduct of this study.
