Rhetorical justice in the English and Uzbek languages

Wide usage of rhetoric is an effective way of conveying ideas, information and command not only in linguistic sphere but also in other fields of social subjects. The ability of oratory is an important tool which is estimated one of the most helpful psychologic attack to the criminals. It can be a way to reveal the inner secrets of justice. The attorney’s investigation should be deeply thought and preplanned, also rhetoric is a classical subject to which received most attention to judicial, oratory of the courtroom. This article delves to the peculiar features of the study of rhetorical justice in the English and Uzbek languages.
