Abstract

The procurement system of government's goods / services is one of the activities that has taken advantage of the advances of information and communication technology. At the implementation level of the e-procurement auction there are still many failures faced by the participants in the procurement process ranging from administrative matters to substantial matters. The objective of this study is to identify the variables and analyze the magnitude of the influence of each variable on the method of implementing the work in determining the failure in achieving the results of the auction process in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method of data collection is through questionnaires addressed to construction service providers and auction committees. The method of analysis carried out was in the form of descriptive qualitative using Likert scale, and the data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests using the SPSS program. The variable of not having decent and realistic work plans that could be accounted for technically based on applicable guidelines and standards so that they could be applied in the field was the most dominant variable of this study with a result of 23%. The results of the data processing through SPSS stated that the questionnaire's data used were valid because the r value of each variable was greater than the value of r table which was equal to 0.195. The results of data processing with SPSS stated that the questionnaire's data used were reliable because the Cronbach alpha value was 83.5% which was > 60%
