PRODUCTIVITY OF TEACHING PERFORMANCE OF FACULTY MEMBERS IN PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN KURDISTAN REGION OF IRAQ

Abstract
Employee productivity (sometimes referred to as workforce productivity) is an assessment of the efficiency of a worker or group of workers. Productivity may be evaluated in terms of the output of an employee in a specific period of time. This present study was concentrated on the private universities of Erbil city Kurdistan region of Iraq. The total collection of the sample is 53 and the researcher used the one way Anova, descriptive analysis to identify the productivity effects on teaching performance of the faculty members. There is a significant difference in Planning with comparing to the other five dimensions. The results shows that the six dimensions in the study are satisfied by the faculty members
