Abstract
In this article, a simulation of the process of accounting for citizens ' appeals is carried out. The analysis of business processes is based on the use of the IDEF0 methodology. Based on the model identified deficiencies in the existing business processes and proposed solutions to this problem, which allows to increase the efficiency of labor.
