Abstract
This article discusses the problem of recovery processes after exercise, namely biochemical shifts and changes in the processes of the central nervous system. We examined materials related to the physiological substantiation of functional analysis methods and found that when recovering from a certain load, a certain time is needed. You can track changes in different parts of the body. Given these changes, we came to the conclusion that the recovery period can be built in different ways, based on what goals the coach / athlete pursues.
