DEVELOPMENT INSTRUMENT OF KICK SPEED ENDURANCE OF PENCAK SILAT ATHLETE

Abstract
The Purpose of this research is developing kick speed endurance for pencaksilat athlete. In a pencaksilat especially duel category, the athlete really need kick speed endurance when kicking. The target to be achieved in this research is creating standard instrument for measuring kick speed endurance of pencaksilat athlete. The type of this research is Research and Development (R&D).This study uses research methods development by adopting a model Borg and Gall with 10 stages of development, namely: 1). Research and information collecting; 2). Planning; 3). Develop preliminary form of product, 4). Preliminary field testing; 5). Main product revision; 6). Main field testing: 7). Operational product revision; 8). Operational field testing; 9). Final product revision; 10). Dissemination and implementation. In the development of this instrument through a review by an expert physical condition, test, sport measurement, and pencaksilat. The result showed that: 1) Instrument of kick speed endurance of pencaksilat athlete that developed whorthy and valid used as measuring instrument, with the percentage of exercise physiology expert validity of 71.67%, the validity of the test and measurement expert sports 94, 55%, and the validity of the pencaksilat expert 92.00%. So we get the average validity of experts is 86.07%.
