Abstract
The conditions of the origin of phraseological units in the Mongolian languages are considered in the article. Considering the lexical-semantic links of phraseological units, it is possible to establish that they develop originally in each language. This originality is connected with that the most words and word meanings are confined in the connections to the internal, semantic relations of the very language system.
