Abstract
The article analyzes current problems of outsourcing in the logistics of motor trucking, and the prospect of its development in Ukraine. Taking into account advantages of motor trucking we could state that it is the most popular one in the sphere of goods transportation. Its share in the total volume of the goods transportation in 2018 comprises 68.3%. In accordance with information by World Bank in 2018 Ukraine ranks the 66th position among 160 countries of the world by Logistics Performance Index. One of the reasons of such quite low state of its development is that in Ukraine the predominant majority of logistic companies correspond to 1PL or 2PL level while there are 34 companies of 3PL level, and only 14 of them correspond to 4PL level. As for the companies of 5PL level there is no one in Ukraine today. It is grounded that it would be expedient for industrial enterprises to consult professional outsourcing companies practicing in consulting and designing activity. The transfer to outsourcing would mean the appearance on the new level of transport management that is from administration on the ground of directives to the management based on performance. It is only through these conditions provision that transport transfer to outsourcing when this sphere is not core would allow not only costs optimization, release of labor and time resource, elimination of problems solution related to transport operation but concentration of efforts directed to the improvement of quality level for main services rendering, and more effective labor organization in basic production units. Ukraine requires more consideration given to development of outsourcing companies and logistics networks that must be connected within the united information environment, and support of integrated funds flows.
