Abstract
On the basis of the developed methodological basis of the study, the generalization of the approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists and personal experience of business activity, the authors using the achievements of Poland to provide measures in the field of personnel management improvement, classify the criteria signs of innovative educational process, illustrate it on the example of training of specialists of economic profile and determine deterrent and stimulating factors of implementation in order to increase competitiveness of enterprises of Ukraine.
