ESTABLISHMENT ALGORITHM OF METHODICAL COUNCIL AS MONITORING FORMS ON THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF ARTISTIC AND AESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT

. This article is devoted to one of the most significant, but not enough investigated problems ? to es- tablishment of methodical council for quality management of artistic and aesthetic development. The author pays special attention to the concept of monitoring as a form on quality management of preschool education, considers its definitions from the point of view of various authors and approaches. The establishment algorithm of this Council is developed in the article and its main stages are defined. The aspects of work of different experts who are the members of methodical council are analyzed in details.
