Abstract
At present due to the progress and development of globalization, the role of microenterprises becomes an increasingly important issue, despite facing an increasingly competitive market-derived from being able to meet the demands of their customers to meet their needs and thereby achieve their loyalty and permanence within them. However, since its classification and with the beginning of the neo-liberal monetarist economic policy model, this type of company represents around 90% of existing companies globally, employing 50% of the workforce and participating in the creation of 50% of world GDP. In Mexico, microenterprises generate about 78% of total existing jobs, which places them as a fundamental part of the economic development of this country.
