Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of the cement mortar replaced with carrot powder (CP). To do this cement mortar specimen are formed by replacing the carrot powder in varying percentages, the increasing ratio of the CP affected the compressive strength and flexural strength. It was concluded that CP might be used in cement mortar to replace the cement in certain ratio to make them profitable
