Abstract
In the article the analysis of conceptual approaches to determination of essence of category "control": as the scope of work; stage management; feedback form; the legal concept of control, RIC-oriented activities. Presents the author's point of view, must develop a universal approach to the understanding of the nature of control and its importance to businesses.
