Abstract
This article discusses the importance of training in the development of processes of fatigue and recovery. In the study of theoretical material, we identified several factors. First, it was found that in an untrained subject, fatigue gradually decreases, which begins at the beginning and continues to the end. Secondly, we believe that beyond protective fatigue plays a role in the onset of fatigue. In the untrained, it turns on inappropriately early and thereby limits the total amount of its work. Thus, during training with the development of the process of excitation of certain nerve connections, there is also an improvement in the inhibitory process, which causes a more favorable change in the nature of fatigue and a positive effect of active rest.
