Alternative and non-standard solutions of DECART company problems

This article summarizes the results of a small study conducted by 3rd year students of the Siberian-American faculty of the Baikal International Business School. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of the «DecArt» company, to identify the most important ones that adversely affect the development of the company and personnel and offer alternative solutions, non-standard recommendations for the company.
