SYSTEM OF RISK ANALYSIS AFTER SURGICAL TREATMENT IN EARLY POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD

The article describes the development of a complex algorithm for solving a multi-criteria optimization problem using a combination of analytic hierarchy process and genetic algorithms to find the optimal personalized method of surgical treatment of congenital heart defects with a single ventricle to prevent complications in the early postoperative period. This algorithm is universal and in the future can be applied to solve other similar problems.
