Abstract
Reading literature works of V. M. Garshin – complicated test for reader-student. Philosophical and psychological saturation of his narratives, great attention of the author on important to humanity problems, com- plicates the perception of Garshin's prose in school and it is an interesting material for comprehension vital prob- lems. The scientific article to consider the methodology of studying literature works of V. M. Garshin in school in the aspect of problem teaching methods. This article is devoted to the definition of semantic dominants of the analysis of Garshin's literature works in the school course of literature
