Modernization of contents pediatric education in the conditions of the new ukrainian school (on the example of the University of Management Education)

The modern world is covered by innovative technologies, the rapid development of which results in educational reforms. Innovation should transform education into the productive sector of the economy. In order to achieve such a development of education, it is necessary to update its content, forms, methods and technologies for improving the qualifications of educators, to implement information and digital technologies of open education, to develop the psychological readiness of the subjects of the educational process to innovational changes. Consequently, a new state standard of the educational sphere, developed in the Law «On Education» and the Concept «New Ukrainian School», was developed in Ukraine. The vector of expected changes is also determined by the Cabinet of Ministers «On Approval of the Action Plan for 2017– 2029 on the Implementation of the Concept for the Implementation of State Policy in the Reform of General Secondary Education "New Ukrainian School"». In accordance with the main directions of the state policy in the field of education, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has elaborated a Plan of Measures to implement the Medium-Term Plan of Government Priorities by 2020. Therefore, the University of Management Education continues the systematic, purposeful work on the preparation of competent, competitive in the market of educational services of specialists, taking into account new realities. In order to implement the Concept «New Ukrainian School», the University: trained trainers who have received certificates of an allUkrainian level; joined the work on the Standards of the elementary school; Became a participant of the project «New Ukrainian School-2»; took part in the development of programs of the all-Ukrainian level for the training of trainers for teachers and heads of schools, as well as for the improvement of the skills of the teachers of the first grades. With the participation of the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine P. Hobsey, two meetings of the regional coordinators of the New Ukrainian School were held at the university. For the scientific and methodological support of the introduction of the Concept the team of the authors of the University issued: a methodical advisor «Technologies of Professional Development of Teachers»; Curriculum for the improvement of professional qualifications of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers and heads of educational institutions of the field of knowledge 01 Pedagogical education: work syllabus; multimedia manual «On current in methodical work: thoughts and expert advice»; a collection of special courses «Professional development of a teacher of the New Ukrainian School in the conditions of formal and informal education». Thanks to the participation in the project «New requirements for the competencies of school leaders in Ukraine», 14 trainers were trained to work with the heads of institutions of general secondary education in the system of master's training and advanced training, 3 master classes were developed and tested, a training manual «New requirements for the competencies of managers schools in Ukraine». The University of Management Education is an unchanging leader in providing systematic and continuous professional development of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical and management education, since it serves as a provider of domestic education reforms.
