Abstract
The transportation infrastructure of the country, Automated Traffic Control System, movement of empty cars and capacity growth of sites and lines are considered in the article. The information support for satisfying requirements on time of delivery, safety of cargo and shipment, improving and simplifying the borderline and customs procedures is given.
