Abstract
ABSTRACT Krukenberg tomour refers to a malignancy in the ovary that has metastised from a primary site, classically from the gastro intestinal tract. It is a metastatic adenocarcinoma of ovary named after Friedrich Ernst Krukenberg contributing to 5 of all malignant growth of ovaries. Metastasis usually from from the GIT arount 70 cases. Metastatic ovarian tumours in young age are rare and reported to be 2 among the 30 cases of adolescent ovarian masses.80 cases have bilateral ovarian involvement.
