Abstract
The mathematical state model of telecommunication system in the conditions of the random influ- ences leading to breakdown of normal work is considered. The Hyubert representation is used in the hypothesis of existence of short-term and long-term influences. There is a probability of breakdown of a mode of a network under the influence of emission as joint probability of emergence of run on k ? m stage and escape probability of system from a soft error status
