Abstract
Leiomyoma of the male genital tract and urinary system are extremely rare. A 58 year old male presented with an intrascrotal mass. Orchidectomy was performed. The tumor was discrete, soft to firm and smooth. Paratesticular leiomyoma was the histopathological diagnosis. Awareness about benign tumors can help in preservation of testis.
