Abstract
The article observes the modern ethno-political and religious situation formedin today's world.In the context of globalization and trans-cultural processes,the new unexplored forms of the ideology that influencessocial policiesand proceduresin the various regions of the world occurred.Primarily, these are quasi-Islamic marginalized groupmovements. In a pilot study, the author ponders the theme ofthe phenomenon of marginal quasi-religious entities.
