Problems of synchronization for the solution of opportuni- ties of export cargo transportation and development of infrastructure of different vehicles of transport for efficient interaction

In modern conditions an effective direction of optimization of export cargo flows and creation of a competitive market of transport-logistic services is the complex development of infrastructure of various types of transport. The article is devoted to the analysis of the state, problems and prospects of development of optimization of export cargo flows, which are carried out with the participation of automobile, railway and sea transport. It is proved that the the most problematic is the weak development of railway stations in the system of sea transhipment in ports. Was analyzed the state of industrial railway transport of agrarian enterprises, which showed that only some elevators can carry out appropriate operations, which will have negative affect the centralized operation of railway wagons-grain barkes within the whole state. The drawbacks of the transport complex of Ukraine, which require a logistic approach are revealed. The factors that negatively influence development of export cargo flows are determined and the ways of their neutralization are substantiated. The proposed measures will ensure the high quality, reliability and reliability of the entire system of synchronization in relation to the issues of optimization of export traffic flows and infrastructure development, and will allow to obtain a synergistic effect from the combination of potential opportunities of all modes of transport for their effective interaction. This will have a positive effect on the efficiency of the transport industry in Ukraine in the medium and long term.
