STATE REGULATION OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

During market transformations the value of investment policy as the most important instrument of regulation of process of the current functioning and perspective development of economic sector, significantly increases that is a consequence of modification of terms of carrying on business, growth of independence and responsibility of procedural and institutional structures at implementing strategically oriented investment measures. The necessity of forming the effective investment policy aimed at excluding developed disproportions in the process of economic and social development of a national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is caused by the lack of rational structure of the market institutes providing reallocation of limited of material, financial and human resources in the conditions of economic growth. The goal of the article is the researching of mechanisms of improving investment policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, carrying out the analysis of current state of investment processes and specifics of investment policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
