Abstract
In fact, with increasingly complex in the development, adoption and implementation of management decisions the psychology of thinking must be taken into account. The paper presents the results of research of complexity thinking, adapted to the complexities of reality and the problems to be solved. The basic directions of development of complexity thinking among decision-makers are given.
