Vigorously develop PMC business, speed up the transformation of the design institute

This paper discusses the feasibility and advantages of PMC business in the design institute and puts forward that the design institute wants to realize the transformation and upgrading successfully and promote the realization of the group benefit into maximum, enhance the PMC strength and the development of PMC business is indispensable. At the same time, according to the current problems, this paper gives some suggestions on the future development.
