Modeling the processes of development of mechanical engineering: analyzing the state and directions of work

The article deals with one of the basic elements of representative modeling economic systems, as economic practice, reflecting the totality of existing economic objects, processes, projects, and their economic results, for example, the development of the engineering industry. The analysis of the machine-building industry of the DPR in 2018-2019 has been presented. The directions for developing the DPR machine-building industry under current economic conditions have been proposed.
