The fiscal position of the state

The article analyzed the fiscal position of countries in the world for 2011-2017. The reasons caused the budget deficit were investigated. The countries were grouped depending on the level of surplus (deficit) of the country's budget in the GDP in 2017. Fiscal policy and features of fiscal position were investigated by groups of countries. The concept of improving the mechanism of managing public borrowings on the basis of the analysis of a fiscal position was developed.
