Qarûn; from the Perspective of Revelation

Qur'an is the source of mercy and guide of salvation. Qur'an aplies various methods in order to guide people to the straight way and to remind them their responsibilities to God, themselves, other people,living things, and goods The parables of Qur'an is one of those methods. Parables put the events that had occured in the past in a concrete way. There is an effective, vibrant and bustling conception in Qur'an.A well reading and full undersatanding of ‘'The Parable of Qa-rûn‘'will help us to question the chaos iof the mind which does not know any other value except for its own interest.The Parable of Qarûn will also contribute to the understanding of the secular approach, which makes ‘'the others'' forgotten and pragmatic idea that makes the universe very hard place to breathe in.The substructure of economic and social crises in national and global scale can be said to be constituted by this mentality.The monopolization of national and global wealth in certain hands and states is the product of this approach and physchology.Being powerful is not just hoarding money, producing superi-or technology, owning securities and real estate The downfall of those people who think in this way, will be witnessed in future if not today. No one has this strength to turn down the Divine Law. Qur'an has this warning for all humanity, under the name of Qarûn.
