FORMATION OF COMPETENCES AT CADETS IN THE COURSE OF DISCIPLINE STUDYING "INFORMATICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES"

Article objective ? is to reveal some features of formation of common cultural and professional com- petences at lessons with use of information technologies in the military higher education institution to organize effectively the process of studying discipline according to educational standards of the third generation. The obtained data allow to draw a conclusion that information technologies are powerful incentive for development at cadets of skills of self-education and self-realization of the personality.
